WASHINGTON – The Judicial Crisis Network (JCN) will start running a new $215,000 TV and digital ad buy in North Dakota today that urges U.S. Sen. Heitkamp (D-ND) to listen to the people of North Dakota and vote to confirm Judge Kavanaugh. Bolstering this ad is a fresh poll taken by Public Opinion Strategies released today by JCN that shows the majority of North Dakotans want the U.S. Senate to confirm Judge Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court bench.

POLL BREAKDOWN:

  • Overall, North Dakotans want Judge Brett Kavanaugh confirmed by a margin of 56% – 26%
    • This includes the majority of Independents by a margin of 51% – 26%
    • This includes women by a margin of 50% – 29%

Judicial Crisis Network’s Chief Counsel and Policy Director Carrie Severino:

“Clear majorities in North Dakota – including women and Independents – support  Judge Kavanaugh’s confirmation. Senator Heitkamp needs to decide whether she stands with Judge Kavanaugh and President Trump, or with the outrageous smear campaign unleashed by Chuck Schumer and the liberal mob.”

by JCN

WASHINGTON – The Judicial Crisis Network released fresh polling from North Star Opinion Research that found the majority of North Dakota voters want the U.S. Senate to confirm Judge Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court.

North Dakota voters say that Judge Kavanaugh should be confirmed by 53 to 28 percent. This includes support among independents by a 54 to 24 percent margin, and among women by a 47 to 30 percent margin.

Statement from Judicial Crisis Network’s Chief Counsel and Policy Director, Carrie Severino:
“The people of North Dakota have made it clear they want Judge Kavanaugh, a fair and independent judge, confirmed to the Supreme Court. Senator Heitkamp has a choice between standing with her constituents or endorsing a Democratic smear campaign to destroy a decent man.”

JCN’s Severino Responds to the Left’s Attempts to Bribe and Physically Threaten Sen. Collins and Her Staff

by JCN

Judicial Crisis Network’s Chief Counsel and Policy Director Carrie Severino responds to the left’s attempts to bribe and physically threaten Sen. Collins and her staff:

“Instead of condemning the outrageous tactics of Judge Kavanaugh’s opponents, and announcing their support for an objectively extraordinary nominee, Senators Manchin, Heitkamp, Donnelly, McCaskill, and Nelson are standing on the sidelines while Judge Kavanaugh’s opponents resort to bribes, smears, and physical threats.”
