Joe Manchin’s (D-WV) announcement that he will vote to confirm Judge Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court:“We applaud Senator Manchin for announcing that he will vote to confirm Judge Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court. He did what all senators should do – review Judge Kavanaugh’s 12-year record as a Circuit Court judge, listen to testimony from all sides and make a well-reasoned and informed decision.
